We waited and finally asked three different times for water and never got any the whole time we were there. For the most part we sat waiting with no magazines or tv. Pretty much bought the first car we tried. Was rushed through finance, and she, Bonnie was not very friendly. As far as the car, I love it so far and am very pleased with it, I just believe you could have better customer service. Jared was friendly, just didn't seem to care about our comfort. More
Used truck purchase Just purchased a used F150 truck from Nick Abraham's. Usually would rather have a root canal with no pain killer than buy a used vehicle. The people at Nick Abraham made it totally painless. From the salesman to the owners we were treated with respect. Also needed to have a new key made in there shop. Brian took care of it in no time the following day and even rewashed the truck, something I didn't expect. Can't say enough good things about our purchase experience at this dealership. More

Apparently, I'm not a worthy customer so I took my bussiness elsewhere and won't be back. I spoke to Cathy about my complaint and she was wonderful. If they were all like her I would come back. More
