Scheduled a service appointment and dropped off my truck. I was offered and accepted a complimentary ride to my office by the dealership. Arrived at my office on-time. The second item required a part that is not readily available. I was told it was due to the strike. I will bring the truck back in later for that repair. It's not critical. I picked up my vehicle that evening, paid a very fair and reasonable price, and drove home. My truck is running much better than I expected. The primary issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They do the work work, and at a reasonable price. I will always take my truck "back home" to the dealership for service, even out of warranty. More
