Great Experience We recently went to this MINI dealership because we were interested in a 2016 Ford Explorer they had (irony, no?). Joe Twist looked all over for a loaner Mini, but none was available. Instead he suggested I rent from Hertz next door and be reimbursed, which we did. Joe provided a detailed estimate for the work, "the worst case scenario," he said. Fortunately, the repair did not require all that and the bill was considerably lower. The car was washed and vacuumed when I arrived. Joe and everyone else we have met here are unfailing friendly and considerate. More
