I was there with my 2013 Roaster S. When I drove up to where the service door, the door opened and I drove right in, Now That Is Service. When I approached the service counter everyone there had pleasant attitudes and were very accommodating. This was a car that I did not even buy here but was bringing in for the service contract work and I was treated like I had been A Long Time Valued Customer. They made me comfortable in a waiting area while they reviewed the car and its needs in detail. They also offered me a ride to any of the shops nearby and stated that they could just shoot me a text when the car was ready. I decide to stay in their waiting area have some of their complimentary snacks and coffee and browse the lot. I was approached many times by personnel to make sure my needs were being met and offered pleasant conversation. The car was washed and vacuumed and returned to me in great condition. I live an hour away and would not hesitate the drive for this kind of service. More

To my surprise, he actually suggested that a mini wouldn't be a good fit for me, and instead pointed me at a great deal on a car that was being sold WAY below its bluebook value. He worked the financing with me, didn't pressure me, and made sure everything fell into place on time. More
Fabulous Experience! I was looking around to buy my last and final car and walked into this dealership and my experience was simply amazing! After what I have been through I was looking around to buy my last and final car and walked into this dealership and my experience was simply amazing! After what I have been through at a few other dealerships, this was very unexpected! I worked mostly with Jonathan but Joan and CJ also helped me and they were all extremely patient, kind, helpful, and explained everything to me in detail. Jonathan has continued to work with me even afterwards - he responds to my calls and emails immediately. While I go ga-ga about all the folks I have worked with, I think I have to also mention the manager at this dealership because without the manager's intervention, all my requirements would never have been satisfied and trust me - what I have asked for is quite out of the ordinary! MINI of Ann Arbor ROCKS and so do all the people who work there! I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat! Needless to say, the cars ROCK too! Everyone I met at the dealership was so nice and no uncomfortable "hard sell" tactics. I worked with Sue Wilk to order the car to my specifications. Sue stayed in touch with me and explained the "Owner's Room" on the website so I could track my car from production to it's arrival from Oxford UK to Ann Arbor Michigan. When I arrived to pick up my new Mini, Sue patiently explained all the cool things in and on the car and how to personalize things like locking/unlocking, setting radio stations and even the in-car phone! CJ was also so kind and helpful with offering a "2nd date" to answer questions and get a complimentary gas card. Between the 2 of them, I feel like I now have 2 new "girlfriends" :) This experience was so fun and I LOVE my Mini! Mini of Ann Arbor is really a class act. More

Top-notch customer service from an incredibly friendly team. I walked into the dealership at 6pm on a Monday evening with the intention of test driving a used car in their inventory and walked out two hours late I walked into the dealership at 6pm on a Monday evening with the intention of test driving a used car in their inventory and walked out two hours later with the keys in hand. I was interested in trading in my previous car and they valued it while I was out for the test drive. Mark even called State Farm to verify/transfer my insurance when I realized I had an outdated certificate of insurance with me. From start to finish, this was a quick, easy, and enjoyable process, and you'd be hard-pressed to find a more pleasant team to help you through the process! More
FUN from Start to Finish I had long-admired the MINI Cooper brand and had spent countless hours building and imagining my 'dream car'. I then contacted MINI of A2 and I spoke with John Selina and had the most pleasant car buying experience! John was extremely accommodating and wanted to ensure that I had a great experience from start to finish. Anticipating my arrival, my 'dream car' (in their existing inventory) was ready to be taken for a test drive: detailed and conveniently accessible. John made sure that all my needs were met and that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle and its many options. It was a non-pressure approach and our 'trip to the bottom line' was non-adversarial and accommodating. At the conclusion of the paperwork, I was given a thorough run-through of the cars endless number of features and customizations - which was actually 'mind-boggling'!! Afterward, I drove my 'dream car' home that very afternoon!! What a thrill!! A special "shout out" to CJ! She is a 'greeter' and 'go-to' person at the dealership. While presenting as a professional, she has a quick smile, is very approachable and exceedingly helpful. A huge ASSET to this dealership. Overall GREAT experience!! More
