My beautiful new car arrived in 6 weeks (much faster than the 12 weeks we were expecting), and the financing went through like a charm. In all, this was the most painless purchasing experience of my life. Moreover, as an owner of a previous Mini, I can attest to fact that the Service department and Parts departments are honest, professional, and just sweet people. A warm welcome and kind treatment I visited MINI of Ann Arbor recently for a simple service related issue. I first spoke with Mike Delaney to confirm my appointment and once I walked i I visited MINI of Ann Arbor recently for a simple service related issue. I first spoke with Mike Delaney to confirm my appointment and once I walked in I was greeted with a pleasant smile and by Mike and another service member. They quickly got my car ready and in for service area while I waited in their quaint waiting area which was appointed with a couple of computers as well as snacks and a television to pass the time. It was one of the few times I've waited in a dealership's waiting room and didn't feel like I was in a "shop," if you get my meaning. I also was approached by someone who told me that if I needed anything I shouldn't hesitate to ask and that I could help myself to the bottled water that was available. And the entire time it took to fix my repair was the exact amount of time I was initially quoted by Mike initially. That goes a long way -- make me aware of how much time I'll be expecting to wait and adhere to that time. Overall the treatment of the customer by everyone I encountered seemed to be important to each person and I'd be happy to go back for any other service issues. More
