The Professional:Alberto Cruz My wife Laura was sent a pre-approved letter stating that she could go to Nexcar dealership and purchase a car. I was very skeptical about the whole t My wife Laura was sent a pre-approved letter stating that she could go to Nexcar dealership and purchase a car. I was very skeptical about the whole thing,being burned by the fine print many times,nonetheless she made a appointment about 10 days ago. She was not able to make the appointment due to the weather. Alberto called her a couple times and left messages. I told her to just all him and ask him NOT to call anymore. I listened to his message and was struck by his professionalism and courtesy. Long story short we stopped by after work yesterday about 7:00pm and met with Alberto. He was extremely polite and quite the professional. He guided us through the process and went for a test drive in the 2012 Nissan Altima. My wife decided that was the car she wanted and we were driving home before 9pm!!! Alberto renewed my faith about young people and the car buying experience. I asked him to call me Jesse instead of Mr. Lopez 3 different times. He tried to call me Jesse once but I could tell he was uncomfortable, probably because of his up bringing. Just small things such as courtesy and respect go a long way in my book.
