Buying Experience Lonnie was great, I had concerns with my new purchase Lonnie and Scot made sure my concerns were addressed. My new purchase needed some repair and the Lonnie was great, I had concerns with my new purchase Lonnie and Scot made sure my concerns were addressed. My new purchase needed some repair and the repair process is longer than what I expected (3days). The mechanic could be a little more friendlier, when asking him questions but he was not the reason I bought this vehicle! If it wasn't for Lonnie and Scot I would not refer this place. They are willing to repair my new purchase to make this buying experience not as bad as I am feeling about the purchase- buyer remorse and regrets. In a year from now I would have regretted my purchase and probably treated the car as such. Then I saw nearly the same car here that had the interior I was searching for. It was a little more expensive but I REALLY wanted it. We made a call and they were willing to work with the numbers to get me the best deal possible and get me in the car that I wanted. Lonnie was very professional and helpful. The staff was great and I didn't have to spend a crazy amount of time there as I did at other dealerships. Nexcar and Lonnie made it happen! I would definitely recommend to a friend for a less stressful car shopping experience! More
