I am a 66 yr. old grandmother. My daughter passed way 2021. I received an insurance check. I went to Nexcar to find a vehicle. I put $10,000 down payment. The finan old grandmother. The financing brought the car to about $38,000 and some change everyone was telling me that was to much but I needed the car. When my daughter passed I was left to take care of my 3 grandchildren. I only get Social Security check every month I have gotten behind on my payments sometime which is $449 a month but manage to catch up. I got behind a let my insurance lapse but I managed to borrow money for that. My Social Security posted late this month and I had gotten 2 months behind They harassed me Cindy called me and told me she will give until 1:00 that day to pay my car note but it was already 12:30 and my check hadn't even posted so they repo my car. I was talked to like I was a child no respect of what was going on. I put $10,000 down but it didn't make a difference to them. More
