I have given this reating because the saleman was very detail in the finance process because my credit rated as poor. This was the best car buying experience I ever encountered. My husband choose the car and set up the deal over the phone from Saudi Arabia. Nexcar was great. I was a difficult customer to work with and Scott handled the situation perfectly. I had just totaled my car a few days prior to visiting this amazing establishment and was very frustrated and Scott handled the situation perfectly. Everyone i spoke with at Nexcar could read my attitude and knew i had a chip on my shoulder. Everyone and i mean everyone that came into contact with me got a short sarcastic and undeserved comment or answer from me. Despite my poor mood and pathetic attitude, these employees were genuinely concerned about me and my situation and did everything possible to help me out and improve my mood. So much so that i ended up talking and laughing with the finance manager and salesman i was working with when closing the deal. I typically would be the person that says I hate the car buying experience. But honestly, with the trip to Nexcar starting with me being so difficult and ending with me being incredibly happy about the whole situation, i can't say that anymore. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Were able to finance me even with bad credit and got me into an almost new car that I love. The issue I had was that it seemed like we had to wait for hours for e finance me even with bad credit and got me into an almost new car that I love. The issue I had was that it seemed like we had to wait for hours for everything. We were there six hours initially and drove off the lot and realized the car had no inspection sticker. They did buy me a tank of gas for my trouble and offered to pay any ticket I may get because of this, but I had to come all the way back the next day and wait two hours to get the car inspected. The car looks beautiful and clean though and runs great. It felt like a new car. Even though it isn't a major dealership, it made you feel like you were picking out a new car from the lot. Overall it was a good experience and I would be willing to buy another car there. More

I first went by carmax in search of a car but the internet sales rep seemed very rude and uninterested in helping me find a car I need. So my friend and I decided to check out car dealers on hwy 6 an internet sales rep seemed very rude and uninterested in helping me find a car I need. So my friend and I decided to check out car dealers on hwy 6 and end up stopping here. Jeremy was very friendly and polite. No pressure from him even kept me company during the paperwork process.
