After I decided which car I wanted, 2009 Nissan Pathfinder, I went throught the process of getting approved...let's just say that I was in & out of there with my new car w/ in about 2 hours, which I couldn't believe. All in all, the whole car-buying experience, for me, was AMAZING due to the Customer Service Nexcar offered me & not only will I be buying my next car from them again, but I will also recommend anyone I know, that is shopping for a car, to go there!!! :) Thanks to everyone at NEXCAR, especially Iman!!!!! sooo we got a car and all was well. Until im pulling off the lot only to find the back window my son rolled down but i cant get it to roll back up. So i pull back in and they say come back and they ll fix i the lot only to find the back window my son rolled down but i cant get it to roll back up. So i pull back in and they say come back and they ll fix it. Also i had the car for 2 days and the back right brake pad started to fall off. They said they changed the oil before they gave it to me. But the next day i started the car only to find the change oil light was one and dinging. Henry was helpful and would say nothing bad about him. But the cars? Not sure if i would buy from there again. More
