My purpose for sending you this review is for the following reason. When purchasing automobiles we have never had such a grand experience with a dealership then the one that Iman introduced us to. This young man was one of the most informed, professional, truthful, customer service and overall treatment of Paul and I from the first time we said hello and met him face to face, until we were assisted and given a personalized explanation of the vehicle, it's features and benefits so that we would know all about the beautiful Avalon Toyota that we fell in love with. Iman took the time to sit with us and develop a great rapport with Paul and with me. Every step of the way, Iman would let us know what was being done and the time frame that each of the steps would take. He graciously offered us refreshments and constantly checked with us to make sure that we were comfortable and would always ask us if we had any questions or concerns. Paul looked at me, and then in return I looked at him and we both told Iman that "No, we have not any questions or concerns cause you have already taken such great care of us". For the future, We know that we will be doing all of our vehicle transactions with Iman and NEXCAR. I have never been treated so well and have never had a representative of a dealership with so much class and knowledge as Iman did for us effortlessly. We plan to send all of our friends, relatives, neighbors, customers and additionally anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to Iman.
