My purpose for sending you this review is for the following reason. When purchasing automobiles we have never had such a grand experience with a dealership then the one that Iman introduced us to. This young man was one of the most informed, professional, truthful, customer service and overall treatment of Paul and I from the first time we said hello and met him face to face, until we were assisted and given a personalized explanation of the vehicle, it's features and benefits so that we would know all about the beautiful Avalon Toyota that we fell in love with. Iman took the time to sit with us and develop a great rapport with Paul and with me. Every step of the way, Iman would let us know what was being done and the time frame that each of the steps would take. He graciously offered us refreshments and constantly checked with us to make sure that we were comfortable and would always ask us if we had any questions or concerns. Paul looked at me, and then in return I looked at him and we both told Iman that "No, we have not any questions or concerns cause you have already taken such great care of us". For the future, We know that we will be doing all of our vehicle transactions with Iman and NEXCAR. I have never been treated so well and have never had a representative of a dealership with so much class and knowledge as Iman did for us effortlessly. I traveled all the way from Montrose MO to look at a 05 Mitsubishi eclipse, Saturday, January 21, 2012. This took it off the market so my Aunt Cindy and I could have the chance to fly down and look at it. When we got there everyone was extremely nice to us, even other people working at NexCar. For example this gentleman took the time to look up directions for us for the quickest way back for MO, the gentleman that did paper work came out be for we left to wish us luck on the way back. Iman was the greatest didn’t seem like he was hiding anything told us it had been wrecked, he texted me updates and kept in touch with me from Tuesday to Saturday whenever we flew out, he picked us up at the airport (which was the one farther away about 50 minute drive from NexCar, bought us lunch, and even offered to help us get a flight back and make sure we had a ride to airport if we decided we didn’t want the car. He also took the time Sunday to make sure we had made it back ok; most car salesman wouldn’t take the time after they already sold it, especially on their day off, to follow up like that. I was very impressed with everyone there acting like we were best friends, even though we had never met them still acting as we did. Even though it was a 700 mile drive back to my home, I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone I knew the long trip was very worth it. More
