I was in the market for a used truck, perferbally a Ford. The staff here extremely friendy and efficient. My husband & I needed a a better car. I have a mother who lives up North. The Salesman Casey was friendly & he wasn't pushy. He let us look at the cars on the Dealership Lot. Toke it for a Test Drive. The car was just like Casey said, it was. It was a one owner. Which made my husband real satisfied, with the one we picked out. Casey showed us the Carfax. We went in and my husband filled outed an application. They asked us hows much we wanted to put down. We told them. Then Casey went into the Finance Office. Approximately 15 minutes laters. They told us we had an approval and what conditions to go home and get. It was a great experience. We drove the car home that day. Saw some real good Team work also. They were really helpful to me. I have a handicap child and needed the van so it can be fitted for a wheelchair ramp. No other dealers would work with me. Easiest and best car buying experience ever! Not your typical used car dealer. Be sure to work with Iman Samarghandi. We were shopping for our 2nd car and wanted a Smart fortwo. Found it in perfect co typical used car dealer. Be sure to work with Iman Samarghandi. We were shopping for our 2nd car and wanted a Smart fortwo. Found it in perfect condition, had it inspected by an independent mechanic as well and confirmed that it was an amazing deal. It was a 2010 with 15,000 miles. We showed up and Iman gave us the keys and told us we could check it out without him, to take our time and that he didn't want us to feel any pressure. That has never happened to me. I can't tell you how easy the transaction was. We financed through our bank, came the next day and picked the car up. It was a better experience than buying my new car. The price was perfect and just under valued and Iman even came down a little more on the price. He made sure we understood that he was not just trying to sell a used car, he was actually interested in building trust and making sure that we were completely happy with our purchase.
