I am speechless! After going to several places, and being turned away so many times, I must say they all pitched in and got the job done! They even stayed after hours to make sure I was satisfied. I was truly amazed, because good customer service at a car dealership is very rare. I spoke with Ken first, he told me he had to leave due to a family emergency, but he encouraged me to come anyway, he tld me I would be taken care of. While driving, out there, one of the guys made sure I had great directions. Mr. Bishop, was a gret help to me as well as Robert. I had gone to another dealership in the Houston area and was "approved" for a Silverado and filled out all paperwork and took the truck home. After two weeks I called the dealer to see where the payment boo was "approved" for a Silverado and filled out all paperwork and took the truck home. After two weeks I called the dealer to see where the payment book was and was then told it wasn't approved after all. I took it back and then found Nexcar on the web and asked about the Silverado they had just put on there. After a short chat Iman called me and he started to work on my deal and to be honest after my previous experience I didn't expect much even after reading the reviews. I now not only have a Silverado but I have one that's about as loaded as they come and its cheaper than the plain jane from the other dealership. If you want to waste your time running all over Houston looking for your "next car" that's fine but when you get ready to buy go to "Nexcar" and be done with it. If they don't have it they will get it. More

Well I got my license, so naturally we decided to come back once more for your trusted and approved services.I do have to say I miss the old manager named Hershel, because the new one has horrible people skills and is beyond the point of rude. While talking to him I almost said screw it I want to leave, but the car was more important. More

Although I had spoken to Mr Fred prior to my visit and he was not apart of the, he still assisted me i friendly car reps that I have ever ran across.
