After having a bad experience with a "big named" coporate dealership right next door, I was told about this place and the level of service they provide. I went in the next day, sat down with one of their sales reps, and within hours they had me in a car that i liked, a car that fit my budget, and something that was fit for my family! I got an expedition. The chk suspension light is on and the brakes felt funny. I've taken my car back several times. They were good about checking and fixing the problem but the light stayed on. Went on just to see what we needed to get a better car than what we had with no intention of buying when we were met by Mr. Preston who was very helpful as all car salesmen are in the beginning. Mr. Preston was different he actually treated my wife and I with respect and showed that he cared which is what I expected. Mr. Preston took us inside knowing that our credit wasn't that good and l knowing that our toyota still had a high payoff went the extra mile with his boss to secure us a good deal with no money down and still able to drive the 2011 HHR off the lot that night that is a good salesman thank you Nexcar I will deffinetly send my friends to you guys.Robear was the best. I just purchased a 2008 Honda Accord from Nexcar and are very pleased with the results. The pricing was lower than at a Honda dealership by several thousand dollars. Our salesperson Maz was friendly yet not overbearing which I greatly appreciated. They had many great vehicles in stock and at different price ranges. The car we purchased had a long scratch mark on the hood which Nexcar promised to buff out or repaint at no extra charge. They went the extra mile and repainted my hood at no additional cost. In addition, I had my car inspected by a mechanic friend and he said the car was in great condition and very safe. Only complaint, we were told that we would get a full tank of gas which we didn't but since Nexcar repainted the hood, we didn't complain. I would definitely recommend Nexcar to my family and friends and will go there to purchase a car for my son. Thanks, B & K More
