When we stopped by Nexcar we went straight to the car that caught our eyes, real soon Kevin was with us and before we knew it we were test driving the car. Kevin not only was very knowledgeble he was very professional and gave us confidence that we could walk out of there with the car. Few hours later we were ringing the bell.....woohoo I was so happy!!! A month and few days later, came to get my tags, Kevin was there not only to greet me with a smile but he was awesome, he even installed my tags on. The sales representative Kevin was very knowledgable, patience, friendly, and courteous. I drove up and did not know what I wanted and Ken was patience. The finance department was excellent as the manager Bishipp Knight worked with my bank until I received the best deal. There was one additional female Tonya I believe is her name that helped deliver my car home; since the bank did not require me to trade in my current car. What an Excellent overall experience. I will definately recommend this dealership with exceptional customer service to all my family and friends. By the way it may seem corny to some but I felt like a "queen" ringing the bell that to signal "I've got a new car! Woohoo!!! More
