I had done some internet searches and found several Crown Victoria's in the Houston Area that met my needs. He looked up my chat info and got the keys and we did a test drive. I was pleased with the car. Was introduced to Ken Riley who is the internet sales manager since it all started on the net. Ken came up with a price, I countered and we quickly arrived at a price that both Nexcar and I could live with. As I was paying cash for the 07 Crown Vic, the paperwork went smoothly as well. Then I dropped the bomb that I would really like the car delivered since I was not trading and was 45 miles from home. Without hesitation Ken agreed to deliver the car at 2 pm. 2 pm arrived and so did Ken. I would HIGHLY recommend Ken Riley to all my friends and family members who are in need of a good used car with no hassle or hype. Thanks Ken! More

These folks were very easy to work with. I did most of the deal from the comfort of my home and went in on a Saturday morning to take a look at the vehicle I was interested in.
