All I did was submit an online finance application. THEY HAD MY CREDIT RUN 9 TIMES IN 1 DAY! I hope everyone realizes what this does to a credit report. When I called to complain about it they lied and told me they only did 1 inquiry and it doesn t show that way. When I corrected the jerk finance manager on the phone he called me a know it all. Well, I pulled my report today so I have proof. They had my credit run INDIVIDUALLY through the following agencies... NEXCAR, SANTANDER, CAP ONE AF, CPS/MAIL, REF A CCPT, AMERICREDI, COSUMER PORTFOLIO SVC, CAPITAL ONE AUTO FINANCE, & CAOL. I will be contacting the BBB. Horrible business practice. Now unless I want to buy a car from these jackles I have to wait at least 30 days to even try. More

Ken was great to work with. I drove out to Texas from Florida to purchase the 2007 F350. They had a great price and had the vehicle ready when my wife and I arrived.
