My husband and I had visited many other dealers before finding NexCar. Mind you that I actually used to work for a dealership myself. We are soooo glad we found them! They took care of us and treated us with the utmost respect and met all of our needs. I was so impressed with how they were so willing to work with us and not just focus on numbers. Tee was very patient with us as we kept wanting to see more cars. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time. We actually ended up keeping him past closing time and he never complained! I even work in retail and know how irritating that can be. I would recommend, and do recommend, NexCar to ANYONE! If you are looking for a smooth sale and not looking to hassle or made to feel like you are not good enough, and actually feel good when you leave... shop at NexCar. After going through 2 dealerships and getting nowhere, my last and final stop was Nexcar to purchase a vehicle. A friend of mine decided to go there since I never heard of the place. Before I got out of my v last and final stop was Nexcar to purchase a vehicle. A friend of mine decided to go there since I never heard of the place. Before I got out of my vehicle, Tee was already waiting for me to help me out on the vehicle I was looking for. I explain to him what cars I was interested in and from what I wanted, he took it into consideration when he ran my credit. The Positive factor about my experience is that when he ran my credit, he actually gave me some options and cars I was qualified for (first time buyer and other dealerships gave me options before even running my credit; and gave me options on vehicles that I was able to afford due to my monthly income and little credit I had). When he presented me a 2011 Chevy Impala, that car wasn't in my mind when I came there, but after test driving it, I actually felt comfortable and decided to get it. The process took about 3 hours, when trying to find a bank to approve me and come up with a price for me and percentage; however, we did some negotiation on the price and agreed to accept the down payment that I was able to pay. The experience was outstanding, was not stressed at all (other than choosing an insurance since I was on my own and was under my parent's insurance policy), but other than that, I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Nexcar and have Tee help out my people I send. COMPLETELY WORTH THE DRIVE. I called this dealership after having price shopped a bit online and over the phone. I already knew I wanted a 2010 Toyota Prius, and this one had very low mileage for a great price. There was little to no hassle from the salesmen over the phone. My biggest fear when dealing with car dealerships is the hustle. No one wants to be manipulated and to have their money taken away to line someone else's pockets. But the salespeople at NexCar were extremely reasonable, laid back, and personable. They sounded like they were smiling on the other end, and although I originally walked away from the deal and then came back, they were just as warm to me the second time I called. It's a 20 mile drive to Spring for me, but it was completely worth the trip because the service and the hospitality of these men is beyond compare. More
I have dealt with so many car dealers you feel you do not have time for the regular "I have to check with my manager" bull. My granddaughter needed a car, had very little money for a down payment, had credit have time for the regular "I have to check with my manager" bull. My granddaughter needed a car, had very little money for a down payment, had credit issues, will be going back to school and of course had a low paying job. Terrible situation you say and yes I said the same thing. She received one of those "deal of a lifetime" letters saying I can get you a car regardless of credit. She called the number and got an appointment to come in and yes the salesman did the regular "you have to come in" bit. I went online to check this company out and I was amazed at the number of customer satisfaction reviews this company had. Being the skeptic I looked for just one negative review and if there was just one I was going to be prepared for all of the "I need to check with my manager" crap. Mind you, we had already been to another car dealership and I was just not in the mood for sitting for hours and no car. Here is what I got. BERNARD. Yes, a person that understand our situation, took our information, told the finance department how much money my granddaughter had and a person with a great positive attitude. From beginning to end I was satisfied with Bernard, his associates, the type of LATE model car my granddaughter bought, the finance department working with us to get the payments within the my granddaughter's budget and really appreciate the company's attitude for not making my granddaughter feel as if she was a second class citizen because of her situation. The biggest shout out goes to Bernard. He was absolutely great for working with us, doing all the things that made me feel he was not a "USED CAR" salesman making promises he knew he could not keep. Thank you Bernard. One more thing, I received the same "deal of a lifetime" letter and you can imagine what I did with that letter. Maybe I should have kept the letter but I now know what car dealership I will consider when I am ready for my new car. ONE AGAIN THANKS NEXCAR AND THANK YOU BERNARD. GMS More

My husband (Ferrial Johnson) and I (Connie Johnson) received a letter in the mail advertising and offer with NexCar. Needless to say, I said it was junk mail throw it away. I had a 1995 madza that our mechanic had just told us to not spend another penney on, so we ended up at NexCar. When we arrived, Kevin Kingery came out to greet us. Our credit was not that great so we did not expect to get a car. After working with Kevin and Scott the General Manager, we ended up with a 2010 Chevy Cobalt. Hallelujah!! I can get to work................Kevin is a great salesman and very careing. Need more people like him in this world. He made us feel very special. Thanks for having him on your team. More
