Went in with a friend who was considering just getting information on purchasing a used car from this dealer. Never heard of them before but went in and said I wanted to trade in my current car (2001 Kia information on purchasing a used car from this dealer. Never heard of them before but went in and said I wanted to trade in my current car (2001 Kia Optima in sort of bad condition) and see what I could get approved for. Was hoping for an SUV but would settle for a mid-size sedan if need be. Tee was very positive and confident that he could work with that and asked me questions geared towards what I wanted not what would work for me. I told him an ideal situation and what I could work with. The first offer they made was a little overpriced and said I wouldn't be able to do it. Was looking into some sedans at that point when they talked the finance company into going down to what I wanted. End story is that within 2.5 hours my car was traded in, I test drove a car that was within my working budget, and signed the paperwork, got an insurance quote, and drove off the lot in a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. So far, loving the car and very glad I made the purchase. Tee and the other members of the team were very helpful and confident they could get me a car that day. At no point was there any doubt in their mind that they could find something that worked for me. Would recommend to everybody I know who is in the market for a car to go to Nexcar and work with Tee. My husband contacted Mr. Garza a month or more ago searching for a truck for me. A couple of weeks later I went into the dealership with my husband and Mr. Garza remembered my husband, what he was lo searching for a truck for me. A couple of weeks later I went into the dealership with my husband and Mr. Garza remembered my husband, what he was looking for and was very attentive to my added requests. Through the next few weeks we searched several dealerships asking the same questions, but NO ONE offered the patience or the genuine effort to find a truck for me. Reality set in eventually, and I changed my priorities to economy instead of utility. We returned to Nexcar and Mr. Garza because he was the only dealer/salesman, that made me feel as if he was interested in my comfort and safety instead of making a sale. I could have gone to any of the other dealers with my revised wish list, They all had vehicles that I could have afforded that met my economical needs, but I chose Mr. Garza and Nexcar because of the way we were treated when we were just 'shopping'.
