My only concern is I wish the price had been listed on the vehicle as I was out looking at the autos. Ken was very friendly and helpful but I just thought that was strange. Then my credit ran like seven d the vehicle as I was out looking at the autos. Ken was very friendly and helpful but I just thought that was strange. Then my credit ran like seven different times and that hurts my score. I wish this had all been explained up front. Running it three times would have been sufficient. Now I'm receiving letters as to why they in particular didn't pick up my loan. Doesn't leave you with a pleasant feeling. Had to drive all the way back to Spring to pick up my plates, that was disappointing since I live in Fresno, Texas. I don't understand why this place has a 4.8 out of 5 which is ridiculous. Maybe I went on a bad day but I wont return to find out. Went in with a friend who was considering just getting information on purchasing a used car from this dealer. Never heard of them before but went in and said I wanted to trade in my current car (2001 Kia information on purchasing a used car from this dealer. Never heard of them before but went in and said I wanted to trade in my current car (2001 Kia Optima in sort of bad condition) and see what I could get approved for. Was hoping for an SUV but would settle for a mid-size sedan if need be. Tee was very positive and confident that he could work with that and asked me questions geared towards what I wanted not what would work for me. I told him an ideal situation and what I could work with. The first offer they made was a little overpriced and said I wouldn't be able to do it. Was looking into some sedans at that point when they talked the finance company into going down to what I wanted. End story is that within 2.5 hours my car was traded in, I test drove a car that was within my working budget, and signed the paperwork, got an insurance quote, and drove off the lot in a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. So far, loving the car and very glad I made the purchase. Tee and the other members of the team were very helpful and confident they could get me a car that day. At no point was there any doubt in their mind that they could find something that worked for me. Would recommend to everybody I know who is in the market for a car to go to Nexcar and work with Tee.
