I love this dealership!! Today it was just a quick visit to get my key fob battery swapped. I was literally in and out in 3 minutes. Exceptional!! I brought my son and daughter law car in for service and Richard was wonderful!! He listened to the issues at hand and said he would be happy to go ov I brought my son and daughter law car in for service and Richard was wonderful!! He listened to the issues at hand and said he would be happy to go over the car and call me with findings. They have an extended warranty that was bought from Newton Nissan. Richard was on the phone for hours with the warranty company regarding the items needing repair. He never complained! He called to discuss the needed repairs and made sure everything was attended too. He was great!! I appreciate him, his help and work completed to ensure the car was repaired and safe to drive!
