Newton is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. It is always easy to make appointments for service that are convenient for me. When I walk in the door, Mr. Stone always calls me by name which makes me is always easy to make appointments for service that are convenient for me. They are always timely in doing any service work I come in for, and quick to let me know if there are any problems that need my attention. The clerk is always timely in preparing my paperwork when they finish repairs. I love the fact that they wash and clean up my car for me when I bring it in. More

I bought my vehicle at Newton Nissan and have always had exceptional service. For example, there was a coupon for an oil change and I got it in the mail the week it expired. I was going out of town and called them they told me no problem just come in with the coupon when I got back from vacation. I drive 45min to this dealership because of the friendliness and wonderful customer service I always receive. I have a dealerships bout 15-20 min away from me but have never went there. They always greet me with a smile when I pull in the garage area and are always prompt grtting me in and out. Another great thing about this dealership is the kids play area. It makes the time go by so much faster when I have my 4 year old with me. I have nothing but exceptional good things to say about the service department at this dealership! More
