There was no wait when i arrived, which was nice. The Service Advisor, David Stone, was one I had encountered before and was very nice. For this particular visit, David told me the service I had requested would take around an hour and a half to two hours. It took exactly that amount of time. I did rate "friendliness" as a 4 instead of a 5 because the receptionist I check out with was a young lady who did not smile at me . She was not at all rude but not what I would consider "friendly". Newton is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. It is always easy to make appointments for service that are convenient for me. When I walk in the door, Mr. Stone always calls me by name which makes me is always easy to make appointments for service that are convenient for me. I bought my vehicle at Newton Nissan and have always had exceptional service. For example, there was a coupon for an oil change and I got it in the mail the week it expired. I was going out of town and called them they told me no problem just come in with the coupon when I got back from vacation. I drive 45min to this dealership because of the friendliness and wonderful customer service I always receive. I have a dealerships bout 15-20 min away from me but have never went there. They always greet me with a smile when I pull in the garage area and are always prompt grtting me in and out. Another great thing about this dealership is the kids play area. It makes the time go by so much faster when I have my 4 year old with me. I have nothing but exceptional good things to say about the service department at this dealership! More
