I have had nothing but great experiences with Newton Nissan so far. Everyone in the service center was very nice. The service hours are convenient for my work schedule, and an employee was even able t Nissan so far. Everyone in the service center was very nice. I was also happy with the price. The maintenance costs for my Altima are minimal in comparison to the routine maintenance costs for my old car, a Volvo. More

I bought a new Nissan Juke on August 13, 2011, and have had it serviced at Newton Nissan of Gallatin since then. There was no wait when i arrived, which was nice. The Service Advisor, David Stone, was one I had encountered before and was very nice. He always makes eye contact when we speak and is reassuring of any Service Advisor, David Stone, was one I had encountered before and was very nice. I did rate "friendliness" as a 4 instead of a 5 because the receptionist I check out with was a young lady who did not smile at me . She was not at all rude but not what I would consider "friendly".
