Newton Nissan - Service Center

Good at Newtons Satisfied completely with the service at Newtons. However I had a battery problem Monday, in Bowling Green Kentucky and had to be jumped off in order Satisfied completely with the service at Newtons. I walked up to the service desk and stood there for at least one or two minutes before they even recognized that I was there. They were busy but it seems that at least they should recognize the fact that I was standing there. Then they got some kind of hand held machine that showed that the battery was good. However the next morning the car would not start. I jumped the car off the next morning and carried it to Newton's and they took the car back in the service area, checked it and the battery was bad. I know the Bowling Green employees were busy and I didn't have an appointment but they just didn't seem to care. Very unfriendly. More

Didn't take long, looked into the service bay, you could eat off the floors it was so clean! Great place to buy and maintain vehicle! More

Excellent Standard Service I've had my Altima for 1 year and have taken it to this dealership for each oil change and tire rotation. After the work was done he came home and the tire light was still on....he had to bring it back because the tire was not fixed...also had a nail in it...he was not a happy camper since the dealership is 25 miles from our home and two Saturdays in a roll at the dealership.
