Disappointing experience. When I arrived Sept 29th, I told the man who received me (did not get his name) that I had an appointment for oil change and that I had received an em When I arrived Sept 29th, I told the man who received me (did not get his name) that I had an appointment for oil change and that I had received an email offering me a $19.99 oil change. When the work was done, I was not given the discount and was charged the $29.99 full price for an oil change. I was told they had replaced a tail light. I did not know about the tail light, but took their word for it. At home in my workshop I have some tail lights I've accumulated over the years, and could have done that myself. When I got home, I looked at my bill more carefully. There was not a charge for a tail light on my bill. So did I pay the full price for the oil change in exchange for a tail light? I called the Service Manager and explained what had happened that day, and he offered to mail me a $10 refund. I told him that would be good. But 9 days later I had not received the refund in the mail when the customer service manager called and left me a voice mail asking me if my experience at Nissan on Sept 29th had been good. So I told her the whole story and she told me she would take care of it. That was 7 days ago, still no refund has arrived in the mail. Now $10 is not the issue, the issue for me is: Do these people keep their word? Why do I keep getting promises that are not kept? More

Recently took in for my 60k maintenance, car was returned hand washed and vacuumed, new wiper blades, tranny fluid, brake fluid, etc... Didn't take long, looked into the service bay, you could eat off the floors it was so clean! Great place to buy and maintain vehicle! More

I walked up to the service desk and stood there for at least one or two minutes before they even recognized that I was there. They were busy but it seems that at least they should recognize the fact that I was standing there. Then they got some kind of hand held machine that showed that the battery was good. However the next morning the car would not start. I jumped the car off the next morning and carried it to Newton's and they took the car back in the service area, checked it and the battery was bad. I know the Bowling Green employees were busy and I didn't have an appointment but they just didn't seem to care. Very unfriendly. More
