I actually despise dealerships, and all salesmen/women they emplo Since I purchased my Nissan in June of 2013, I have always enjoyed this dealership. I actually despise dealerships, and all salesmen/women they employ. It just is one the of the few places on Earth that I'd be just as satisfied to never deal with again. I had no choice two years ago when my car died completely and I had to get a new car. My father took the liberty of researching cars and dealerships, because I was willing to walk, or ride my bike across 2 different interstates just to get to work rather than go purchase a car and deal with car salesmen/women. Ugh! My parents found Newton Nissan, and after meeting with the salesman at the time, Tim Clark, there was an instant bond. It was like Tim had always been a friend of the family and we just needed to reach out for a little help. He took care of us then, and every time I've had to call on the dealership for anything, or I have a question about my car (I do not enjoy reading owner's manuals. Easier for someone to tell me the answer), they never hesitate to help me. I recently had to take my car for service and a recall, and it was the same warm welcome. I didn't even know the service guys, but they sure acted like they had known me forever. I truly enjoy going to this dealership when needed. I'm actually willing to go to the dealership for an oil change, than I am to go to Jiffy Lube or anywhere else. It's all because of the customer service. They give genuine, excellent customer service. I am wiling to pay good money, and drive a little out of my way to be treated like a queen every single time I step in the building. I love this place! fast service! Some dealer service centers take hours to do simple things. The first time I went to Newton I carried a book to read and work to do, but I didn't get much done! Even though I didn't buy this vehicle there I regularly take it for service. On my visit yesterday I had a headlamp out. This was changed and I was on the road in less than 30 minutes (and I didn't even have an appointment). Service department is tops! Jeff Phillips More

Friendly Fast Service Took my 2012 Nissan Altima in for an alignment and oil change. Was in and out in just over an hour on a Saturday! They also did a routine inspection o Took my 2012 Nissan Altima in for an alignment and oil change. Was in and out in just over an hour on a Saturday! They also did a routine inspection of the vehicle. Even with some minor issues found they didn't pressure me to get the work done but provided me some discounts available the rest of the month for the service I needed.
