When I retired from Nissan, I visited another Nissan Dealership to purchase my first visit. I always leased a new car annually until I retired. I mentioned I had just retired and was ready to purchase a car, rather than leasing. The salesman turned his back to me and as he was walking away said just let him know if he could help me with anything. I brought my self and my business to Newton. Donnie never missed a beat explaining to me my options. I bought my first car from Donnie, and this is our fifth vehicle we have purchased from him. 2nd new vehicle bought from Newton Nissan I took my car in for recall repair and new door handle and was just browsing the used vehicles to kill time and I met up with Bruce Bont and we spent I took my car in for recall repair and new door handle and was just browsing the used vehicles to kill time and I met up with Bruce Bont and we spent a couple hours just looking at all kinds of vehicles new and used. Well after texting back and forth for a month I went in and drove home in a 2015 Pathfinder and I couldn't be happier with it. Bruce is absolutely hands down the most down to earth, nicest car salesman I have ever met. He genuinely wants to help his customers get the right vehicle. "Always a great place" Since I purchased my Nissan in June of 2013, I have always enjoyed this dealership. I actually despise dealerships, and all salesmen/women they emplo Since I purchased my Nissan in June of 2013, I have always enjoyed this dealership. I actually despise dealerships, and all salesmen/women they employ. It just is one the of the few places on Earth that I'd be just as satisfied to never deal with again. I had no choice two years ago when my car died completely and I had to get a new car. My father took the liberty of researching cars and dealerships, because I was willing to walk, or ride my bike across 2 different interstates just to get to work rather than go purchase a car and deal with car salesmen/women. Ugh! My parents found Newton Nissan, and after meeting with the salesman at the time, Tim Clark, there was an instant bond. It was like Tim had always been a friend of the family and we just needed to reach out for a little help. He took care of us then, and every time I've had to call on the dealership for anything, or I have a question about my car (I do not enjoy reading owner's manuals. Easier for someone to tell me the answer), they never hesitate to help me. I recently had to take my car for service and a recall, and it was the same warm welcome. I didn't even know the service guys, but they sure acted like they had known me forever. I truly enjoy going to this dealership when needed. I'm actually willing to go to the dealership for an oil change, than I am to go to Jiffy Lube or anywhere else. It's all because of the customer service. They give genuine, excellent customer service. I am wiling to pay good money, and drive a little out of my way to be treated like a queen every single time I step in the building. I love this place! More
