Will drive to visit this service center everytime From the second we walked onto this lot the experience has been great! The sales person was knowledgeable, honest about our situation, nothing was hi From the second we walked onto this lot the experience has been great! The sales person was knowledgeable, honest about our situation, nothing was hidden. We walked away over a year ago with our new Altima and love this car to this day. Every time we need it to be serviced we always travel out to Gallatin, TN to get things done. The employees have always been friendly and easy to do business with. Outstanding Service Department My family was on our way to a family reunion in northern Wisconsin on the week of July 4, 2015. Our Nissan Rogue lost power about 4am between Jackson My family was on our way to a family reunion in northern Wisconsin on the week of July 4, 2015. Our Nissan Rogue lost power about 4am between Jackson, TN and Nashville, TN on I-40. We limped into Newton Nissan prior to the service area being open. Upon opening, we were greeted very professionally by a gentleman named Mitch Roberts. He listened carefully to our description of the problem and turned it over to the service tech. The problem was diagnosed and a temporary fix was made until a part could be ordered later. We were able to make our trip without any more delays and the vehicle performed as expected. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone due to the knowledge, friendliness and professionalism that was demonstrated to us during our visit. More
