Amazing service I took my 2008 Nissan Altima in for the cvt transmission replacement and found out there was an out standing recall as we'll. I called the dealership and spoke with Shawn Roberts to see if they have rental cars, when I got there on Wednesday Shawn hooked me up with Vernon who kept in contact with me through the whole process! My car was done the following Monday, I picked my car up that evening and noticed my alignment was off so I called Vernon and he asked when I could get it back to him with no questions asked!! Service was excellent I had a problem with the running lights not working on my boat trailer when I hooked it up to my Nissan Titan truck. I also needed to get the oil cha I had a problem with the running lights not working on my boat trailer when I hooked it up to my Nissan Titan truck. I also needed to get the oil changed in my truck so I decided to "kill two birds with one stone". After my truck was serviced and the light problem resolved, I was told that I had a blown fuse. I asked David Stone to show me where my fuse box was located on my truck for future reference. When I got to my truck, he had the hood raised and the cover removed from the fuse box. He told me it was a 10 amp fuse and he showed me where it was located at. I thanked David very much for his help for going out his way to help me with my problem. More
