Very pleasant and professional. I took my 2015 Pathfinder in today because my back-up sensor was not working and my key fob battery needed replacing. I didn't have an appointment bu I took my 2015 Pathfinder in today because my back-up sensor was not working and my key fob battery needed replacing. I didn't have an appointment but David Stone (service advisor), found my sensor has been turned off and replaced the battery in my key fob within 15 minutes. GREAT SERVICE!! More

Best service! My first experience at Newton Nissan and it was wonderful. I brought my car in for an oil change and the service was EXCELLENT! Bubba was my service tech and was so friendly and incredibly helpful, and was upfront about what was being done and how much everything would be. Service was very quick as well! Needed service I needed service on my Altima that I thought was still under warranty come to find out it was not. I didn't buy my car from Newton, but that didn't st I needed service on my Altima that I thought was still under warranty come to find out it was not. I didn't buy my car from Newton, but that didn't stop Mitch Roberts from going out of his way to help me. He got the problem fixed and fast! I would highly recommend anyone looking for repairs or to even purchase a vehicle to give Newton a try. More

Good Neighbors! I changed the oil in my 2008 Nissan Titan and (260,000 miles) and noticed that I was getting a drip of oil in the filter area. This had been going on I changed the oil in my 2008 Nissan Titan and (260,000 miles) and noticed that I was getting a drip of oil in the filter area. This had been going on for some time, but I thought it was the filter that I was using. Long story short I went into the parts department to look at a diagram of the oil filter connection which it actually goes into an oil cooler. The parts department showed me the seal that goes on the back side of the oil cooler and suggested that that was the problem. Just to double check I asked David Stone in the Service Department and he said we just happen to have an Armada up on the rack, "let's go back and ask the Tech". The tech told me that the seal was the problem and what color it would be (old) and the the new one would look slightly different. I drive a Nissan for several reasons 1. Can't afford another Nissan right now. 2. Because the one I have has 260,000 miles and it keeps going. More
