He always went the extra mile to make everything right. In the end we upgraded that Pathfinder to a newer and better Pathfinder. So we went from service to sales. BEST SERVICE EVER! My Versa was recalled for an air bag parts replacement. I was given a rental car to keep me safe while waiting for the parts to come in to fix this p My Versa was recalled for an air bag parts replacement. I was given a rental car to keep me safe while waiting for the parts to come in to fix this problem for 3 months! When the parts did come in, I had had surgery and was restricted from driving and was unable to bring my car or the rental to the dealership. They came and got my car, fixed it, returned it and picked up the rental! NOW that's SERVICE! I did't ask it was offered. A special thanks to David Stone and the Service Department at Newton Nissan, Gallatin. No one does it better. More

Overcharged oil change Bought our 2015 Rouge brand new at Newton, got a fair deal with nice folks. Wife recently went in for oil change and tire rotation, got up sold by Dal Bought our 2015 Rouge brand new at Newton, got a fair deal with nice folks. Wife recently went in for oil change and tire rotation, got up sold by Dalton Clark to the point of $166.10. Really, oil change price did not include the oil or the filter or labor. What should have been around 50 bucks got tripled. Cabin filter sold on line for 9 bucks was sold to my wife for 32.96 and labor to change it was 36.99. Really, it took 30 seconds to change. I will be visiting Newton tomorrow for an explanation of these excessive charges. There will not be any future business with these folks from me. Bet this would not have been attempted on a man... Bad Service Purchased a new Nissan Rogue 2017 back in the summer. Had problem with the fuel gauge not registering right. Took it back too Newton Nissan in Galla Purchased a new Nissan Rogue 2017 back in the summer. Had problem with the fuel gauge not registering right. Took it back too Newton Nissan in Gallatin so they unhooked the battery they said car was fixed. After two days the car was doing he same thing. Called David Stone in service so we took it back. After three more days David Stone called and said that they had to call Nissan tech to see how to handle the problem. We picked the vehicle back up waiting on Mr. Stone to call us back. After waiting more than two weeks we took the vehicle to Nissan in Rivergate and they new right off what was wrong and fixed the vehicle. A month later Mr. Stone called back and said that he didn't have an answer yet from a Nissan technician. We will never go back to Newton Nissan in Gallatin for service or buying a vehicle. More
