My sales person, Richard, arranged for me to get a ride home and back to the dealership the next day which was very much appreciated. More

I originally scheduled to have a recall completed on Friday, August 2nd b Wanted to take time to acknowledge excellent customer service by Chip Smith. I originally scheduled to have a recall completed on Friday, August 2nd but remembered I had Dr. appointments scheduled and would be busy the whole next week. Chip not only let me reschedule on Thursday, August 1st but I only gave him a 15 minute window for notice. Chip understood and arranged for me to have the inspect done by Flick who is a mechanic and works behind the scenes. He was extremely helpful and all was completed within 15 minutes. This doesn't happen regular in todays society. People don't really care as long as it doesn't affect their own person. Chip and Flick both understood and made my situation less stressful. I wanted to take time to acknowledge them both and feel they deserve the recognition. Thanks for the help, keep up the good work, have a great day! More

Over and beyond We purchase a new Rouge from Margaret last year and started having issue with the car that could not be fixed. After contacting Margaret for help, she told me not to worry, she was on it! I returned my 2018 Rouge and walked out with a new 2019 with ease!! Margaret is so helpful and kind! She becomes and instant friend! Now we can go on our vacation to celebrate 40 years of marriage with no worries!! If you are looking for a vehicle, go to Newton Nissan and ask for Margaret. Everyone from start to finish dealing with this minor repair was top notch and super easy to deal with. I was provided a loaner Titan and my repair took less than two days. To my amazement the repair was much beyond my expectations and the truck after a complimentary car wash looked great. Huge thanks for making my first visit to this service department a great one. More
