Excellent Service I purchased my 2018 Nissan Rogue in November 2018. Moses was excellent with my buying experience. The express service manager Dalton has always been willing to go the extra mile in getting my oil changes and routine maintenance done in a timely manner. I recently observed a chip in the passenger door and a couple of scratches. The work done by the paint team was outstanding and its as if I have a brand new car. Dalton scheduled my car to be painted and provided a loaner vehicle and I was not inconvenienced at all. More

I got in early in the morning and with in an hour they determined that the parts that needed to be replaced had to be ordered and provided me with a s I got in early in the morning and with in an hour they determined that the parts that needed to be replaced had to be ordered and provided me with a service rental so l did not have to stay. I was called the next day when my car was ready. Chip was on top of everything! I was in and out quickly! Also I did not owe a penny, everything was covered under the extended warranty. The awesome thing is that they looked up my warranty and told me it was covered in a few minutes. There was no run around calling and checking to see if it was covered and no waiting for approval. Glad I bought that extended warranty when l bought my used car from Newton. More

Amazing Service I bought a warranty with my car at another dealership. When I had issues with my rims and needed them fixed the original dealership wouldn't return my I bought a warranty with my car at another dealership. When I had issues with my rims and needed them fixed the original dealership wouldn't return my calls or take care of the problem. They kept pushing me off. I was told they didn't do rim work at that dealer and to contact a dealer closer to me. I reached out to Newton Nissan and spoke with Chip Smith. He assured me he would help me and figure it all out. He contacted the warranty department and set everything up for me. I just had to drop my car off to them and they would handle it all. When I got my car back I couldn't have been happier! My rims looked brand new. I couldn't even tell there was any prior damage to them. Chip was very professional and cared about me as a customer. I will definitely be back to Newton for any work on my car. Thank You Chip for putting my mind at ease and taking care of my car! More
