Paul was very courteous and polite while i communicated with him regarding the issues with my Titan. He always got with me promptly with updates on the status of the repairs of the truck. Also he made sure i had a loaner vehicle not only the first time it was in the shop but I had to bring it back the next day for additional noises and he put me right back in another loaner rather than saying they had no loaners. Enjoy going to this Dealership to get service done on my vehicle compared to others I have been to. Spread out / comfortable waiting room, window to watch maintenance being completed, and courteous Personn vehicle compared to others I have been to.
