My college age son bought a new Rogue. 7 year 100,000 mile warranty. It has 36,500 and each time it’s serviced fluids aren’t topped off. Now jyst 2 weeks ago required a new battery, last F 7 year 100,000 mile warranty. It has 36,500 and each time it’s serviced fluids aren’t topped off. Now jyst 2 weeks ago required a new battery, last Friday new tires, check engine light is on. They tell me we gotta pay $175 diagnostic fee to even check to see if the warranty to fix what’s wrong. I am gonna have to get his car there & him back & forth to work 2 days & leave the car. So they can even determine if it’s gonna be covered under warranty. Then I ask to see Tad. He put me off on Matt in service who was hateful as could be. Just recently I had my battery sluggish. I stopped but was told it was too close to closing to check my battery cables etc. I’m 65 year old female who really wanted to riisk getting stranded somewhere.! Good thing I was at home because very next day I had a dead battery at home. My neighbor boosted my battery. I did not return there for a battery. Nor did my son. His battery went dead week ago Friday. This past Friday required new tires, and now check engine light on. Is this the type vehicle Nissan is putting out. And service what happened to make it right & care for your customer? I’ve bought 6 cars from newton gallatin over the years. I’ve spent lots of money there & it’s terrible service. Your service manager is hateful to women. I’ve been talked down too & it was very disappointing since I’ve been a loyal customer. My son purchased his car 2121, I bought a car last March. I won’t spend another dime there for a vehicle I’ll go next door. Why purchase externed warranty when your car starts falling apart at 36,000 miles. I’ve requested Mike to call me? Nothing! I’m disgusted. I will tell everyone my experience! I’m not the only resident in sumner county disappointed in newton nissan. I hope you are satisfied taking advantage of middle class people! More

Enjoy going to this Dealership to get service done on my vehicle compared to others I have been to. Spread out / comfortable waiting room, window to watch maintenance being completed, and courteous Personn vehicle compared to others I have been to. Spread out / comfortable waiting room, window to watch maintenance being completed, and courteous Personnel throughout the facility. I never feel pressured to do Maintenance, if there is any service coming it it'll all be documented as well as sent via text message. Will continue to get all my service done here when needed. More

Just a little message about visit with service Department.I recently had my 10,000 mile checkup and had a great experience.I did notice after a minor problem and called service Department and spok Department.I recently had my 10,000 mile checkup and had a great experience.I did notice after a minor problem and called service Department and spoke with Chip and he said "bring it on in we will take care of you at your convienience".And boy did they ever I met Brian Lewis at the door with a smile and great "hello"and was immediately sent to Chip who took care of this problem promptly!Such a minor issue was taken care of with such an extreme manor and I assure you Brian Lewis made me feel like part of the family!!!If someone does not accolade these two employees somehow with a thank you or a soda or a lunch or just a moment of some managerial time I would be highly dissapointed.I will check up on this!Thank you Nissan for a great experience.
