Buying my car was an easy, fun experience at Newton Nissan! I already knew the model Nissan I wanted, and had test driven a few already, so I was pretty ready to buy when I arrived at Newton Nissan, assuming a I already knew the model Nissan I wanted, and had test driven a few already, so I was pretty ready to buy when I arrived at Newton Nissan, assuming a good deal could be reached. Within 3 hours of my initial test drive appointment I was driving away with my new (certified used) car, trade in complete, a very happy customer! Danny was friendly, fun and provided such great customer service, even chasing me up to book in the few extras we had negotiated into the deal, when someone less honourable might have left it up to me to make sure those things happened post-payment. He also got me a back up car key when the second one couldn't be located from the previous owner. The negotiation process was very positive and easy, I left feeling good about the deal we made. Everyone I dealt with at Newton Nissan was wonderful, and I will continue taking my car to them for service and any work because they were great and I feel in trustworthy, experienced hands there.
