No Worry When Dealing with Newton Nissan So, buying a car is a real, and scary process. My car died, I had a rental, & desperately needed a new, reliable car. I called & spoke with Randy Mi So, buying a car is a real, and scary process. My car died, I had a rental, & desperately needed a new, reliable car. I called & spoke with Randy Miles, & even on the phone, he put me at ease. I went to the appointment, chatted with him about what I needed and possibly looking for. He immediately came up with a plan. He got all excited about a certain car that had just come in. We walked through the lot, & eventually found it in the shop, getting new brakes. The mechanic offered his opinion, Randy let me take a thorough look, & he told me why he wanted that car, vs. the smaller Versa for me. He was like a Dad stepping in, making sure of safety first. He really walked me through the process like it was a walk in the park. He. Is. Good. Even called Enterprise for them to pick up my rental car for me. Before he let mr drive off, he went through all of the functions of the steering wheel/dash. I felt he truly did care. I cannot say enough good things about Randy Miles, and Bruce Moss (financial end). I have recommended Newton Nissan, & Randy to multiple friends & coworkers. More
