I am a repeat customer at this dealership and each time I have purchased vehicles here, it has been the most pleasant and seamless experience! My sales person is (and will always be) Danny Cutrell. Danny is absolutely awesome! He is genuinely personable (you can tell when someone is faking it), he knowledgeable about the Nissan product, and he is very understanding to the apprehensive and indecisive customer. I can honestly say that Danny has never bamboozled me into buying anything; instead, he has helped me to make a rational transportation decision that is best for my lifestyle and my pocket! I also spoke with Benjamin Farmer, a manager. I can be very indecisive at times, especially when making big purchases, and at the last minute I decided to modify my financing options. Now, I know that this change was a bit of a headache for the dealership, but Benjamin was VERY nice and quite funny! He acted as if everything was all good in the hood, but I know he and Danny were running around like chickens trying to get NMAC to change the options. Additionally, I spoke to Bruce Moss. I always finance through my Credit Union, but I financed my most recent purchase through NMAC because the rate was a little better. Bruce Moss was very pleasant and efficient. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! Overall, this dealership is awesome! If you’re buying a Nissan, this is place you need to be! You will be amazed at the customer service and non-pushy sales process. More
