I explained to him that I have a very busy schedule and would really appreciate having the credit app and other details prepared and ready when I got there. Wes came through with flying colors! I felt very welcomed the moment I arrived, and the cars I wanted to look at were ready and waiting for me. My credit was already approved and just waiting for me to decide on the car. From start to finish, the whole process only took about 2 hours (if you've ever bought from a dealership before, you know how amazing that is, it's usually an ALL day process) and I drove away in my new car..... a very happy customer!
