Asked Randy to give us a quote what we could get for our 2013 Altima. We really didn't plan trading cars today, but price was to good. Randy Miles and Alex in finance was great to work with. We have also went to Nissan of Rivergate, but now we deal with Newton Nissan and tell other people to go there. More

Customer Service My wife and I bought two vehicles from Newton Nissan between 2014-2015. The overall experience was very good. Our salesman Kevin Valentine was great. My wife and I bought two vehicles from Newton Nissan between 2014-2015. The overall experience was very good. Our salesman Kevin Valentine was great. My only negative experience dealing with Newton Nissan was attempting to get a refund of an extended warranty. One of the vehicles I bought from them was a 2015 Rogue in February of 2015, I traded it in on another vehicle at a different dealership in December 2015. After that trade I went to Newton to find out what I needed to do to get a refund on the remaining balance from the extended warranty on the Rogue. I talked to Alex Davis, one of the finance managers, and he informed me on what documents I needed. On January 15th I returned to Newton and gave required documents to Alex Davis, in which he said it could take up to four weeks to receive the refund. After six weeks I still hadn't received the refund. I called Alex Davis, he told me that he had sent the documents in, and that he would check on the status and get back with me shortly. After three weeks of not hearing back from him, I decided to call the warranty department myself. I spoke to Nissan Consumer Affairs, they informed me that they had not received any of the documents from Alex Davis or Newton Nissan. I called Newton Nissan to speak with Alex Davis three times that day, I was told that he was on another line each time that I called, so I left a voicemail on the 3rd attempt. Alex never returned my call (I still have not heard from him). The following day I called Nissan Consumer Affairs, and luckily I was able to accomplish this with them VIA email and fax. Two and a half weeks later I received my refund of $1243. My suggestion, if you are waiting on information from Alex, to do it yourself or find someone else to help. More
