Fourth vehicle from this dealership, but best experience yet Back in August 2015, i purchased a Murano when i found out i was pregnant with my daughter. I thought for sure that that would be plenty big for my th Back in August 2015, i purchased a Murano when i found out i was pregnant with my daughter. I thought for sure that that would be plenty big for my three kiddos. Well i was wrong! I began looking for a Pathfinder in August 2017. When i called to inquire about one i had found online i was given to Sarah on sales. We set up an appointment for me to come look at one. Once i got there i immediately felt comfortable with her! She has a wonderful personality and honestly shows that she truly cares and wants to get you in your dream vehicle. Sadly, this deal fell through and i was not able to get the payment in my price range. Sarah promised me that she would contact me when any Pathfinder came in in my price range. She then called me about a month later and said they had one at their sister store. I said yes bring it up here! She got right on it. But by the time the runners went to pick it up they had sold it. DARN! I told Sarah, everything happens for a reason and the right one will come along. Which is exactly what happened last Saturday. She called me to let me know on this Pathfinder they had that was fully loaded and low mileage considering the year (2013 with 69,000 miles). Of course i was nervous coming into see it fearing it wouldn't be spotless. Well when i say spotless and looked like it was brand new i mean it. It was beautiful and every single thing i have EVER wanted in a Pathfinder! Test drove it, fell in love then had to haggle with the payment, but she made it happen. I was finally able to get my dream "mommy car" because of Sarah. She's sweet and so patient and truly shows that she cares! I would tell anyone and everyone to go see her at Newton Nissan. I could never say thank you enough to Sarah and the rest of the staff at Newton. They were so kind and sweet to my kiddos too, which is a huge plus. Thanks again guys for making this such a wonderful experience (for the fourth time)!! Alex is great in finance. He made the process quick and easy. Thank you Alex! And last but not least, Bruce! Great Expectations We recently purchased a new Titan from Newton Nissan in Gallatin and had a wonderful experience. We stopped by the Gallatin location on Sunday Octo We recently purchased a new Titan from Newton Nissan in Gallatin and had a wonderful experience. We stopped by the Gallatin location on Sunday October 29th to avoid the hard pressure sales tactics normally experienced at new car dealerships. What we didn’t expect was the Trunk or Treat they were setting up. An annual event they put on as a way to increase safety and be involved in the community. Nissan Specialist James Sheppard stopped by to greet us as we were wandering the lot and invited us to participate in the trunk or treat, and to wish us a great day. He gave us his card, made mention of a few deals that were going on and went on his way. No high pressure sales experience at all. We were pleasantly surprised. After doing some comparison shopping we returned a couple of days later and completed the transaction to purchase a new Titan. James and the other dealership staff were professional and courteous and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. I would especially like to commend Sheryl Morris for her help towards the end of the vehicle delivery experience. She stayed late to ensure we were able to complete the paperwork required and assisted with a few technical difficulties. She was extremely knowledgeable about Nissan vehicles and cared about the customer experience. More

With having a past in a related industry I was pleased not to get the standard cliche of terminology used in the auto industry. They showed a level of trust and honesty I haven't experienced in quite some time in this industry, I didnt call looking to buy the cheapest car, although price was a concern Brian listened, understood what the needs were, he got with Dave and Josh aind made it work to satisfaction for all. Never did i feel I wasnt the most important person in the purchasing process. This experience was pleasent and enjoyable, If nothing else at least give Brian an opportunity to earn your business.
