We bought a Certified Used 2016 Altima SL and are extremely satisfied. Collin Gervais was our Sales Associate and his knowledge of all aspects of the Altima was impressive and accurate to the smallest detail. Everyone at the dealership had a smile on their face and enjoyed working there. Closing the deal was effortless, which was far different from previous experiences. Best car buying experience ever! Went to the dealer to look at a car I found online that one was driving off the lot at we pulled in but James showed us some similar models. We decide Went to the dealer to look at a car I found online that one was driving off the lot at we pulled in but James showed us some similar models. We decided we would wait and see about the other vehicle told James to call us if it didn't sell and we would be back. unfortunately it did sell but we made an offer on one of the other vehicles we test drove. Cole helped us the next night and was wonderful. James had already entered our information into their system so we literally went in, they took our offer and we signed the papers and drove away with our new vehicle. Best, easiest car buying experience ever!! Thanks to everyone there!! But special thanks to James Sheppard and Cole Chrisman you guys were the best!! More

He got us in and out in a timely fashion. He also made sure we were comfortable in the waiting room and took the extra time to teach my mom how to use the car. No Show My husband, daughter and I went to this dealership on a Saturday. It was sprinkling rain and it was cold. We looked at a few maximas. We spent abou My husband, daughter and I went to this dealership on a Saturday. It was sprinkling rain and it was cold. We looked at a few maximas. We spent about ten minutes moving from one maxima to another. Then, we saw one we liked and we proceeded to see if the doors were unlocked, and they were. So, all three of us sat down in the car. We had the intentions of taking it for a test drive. However, during the entire time that we were at this dealership, nobody ever even offered to come out and assist us. After sitting in the car another five to ten minutes, my husband said, Well I guess we will just go if nobody will even come out to help us." So we left! Kristi Bowman More
