Paul was very courteous and polite while i communicated with him regarding the issues with my Titan. He always got with me promptly with updates on the status of the repairs of the truck. I am writing to share my recent experience with your dealership. While I was pleased with the service provided by the Sales department, my experience with the Finance department was far from satisfactor dealership. While I was pleased with the service provided by the Sales department, my experience with the Finance department was far from satisfactory. In July 2024, I purchased a new vehicle along with an extended warranty and a service contract. Unfortunately, the Finance department did not clearly disclose the itemized details of the finance amount and the cost of the extended warranty. They only provided the monthly payment and the interest rate. Trusting this information, I signed the necessary documents. The following day, I received the documentation on a flash drive and, upon reviewing it, I realized that I was not satisfied with the costs associated with the extended warranty. Consequently, I signed a cancellation request for the extended warranty. I was informed that the refund would be adjusted to the loan principal within 12 weeks. The next day, I contacted the Finance department via phone to ensure all cancellations were processed correctly. During this conversation, I was dismayed by the unprofessional behavior of the Finance team member, who stated, "You came yesterday for car delivery, what do you want now?" This interaction left me feeling undervalued as a new customer. Six months have passed, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite these issues, I appreciate the lesson learned and hope that my feedback will help other customers to be careful on reviewing the papers before signing. Thanks. More
