I had seen the great reviews for Newton Nissan online and drove more than an hour to purchase my vehicle from them (my local dealer was also wonderful, but they didn't have the specific car I was looking for on their lot). Shawn sent me a nice video of the vehicle within moments of me calling to inquire about it. He was prompt with his follow up and super personable and patient. He helped explain things to me and my husband that we were having a hard time understanding regarding financing, and he did so with grace and kindness. Buying a car from Shawn Long felt like making a new friend. More
