Everyone was more than happy to help me. I had a horrible headache and it was cold and windy. My son was with me so he got out and explained to Colson that I wasn’t able to be outside in the weather and when I have bad headaches, things may have to be explained to me more than once. Colson was very wise when brought the keys to a beautiful black Rogue out when he went in to get the keys for the white one I was interested in but had been sold. He let us know a new white one had just come in so we drove around back of the building to look at it. I actually liked the black one much better, so Colson made a very wise decision by bringing the keys to it without having to be asked. He was so calm and patient with me, totally understanding my situation with the headache, and answered my questions over and over. He explained every single detail of the vehicle and what everything on it did, how to operate all the computer technology in the vehicle and not just once, but several times because with my headache, I needed it explained several times. He answered all my son’s questions as well, and my son would explain what he was saying about all the things I was asking about. There was lots of things on the vehicle my son didn’t know about and Colson explained them so well. He knew about every single detail on it! I honestly can’t say how many times he explained all the details we had questions about regarding the vehicle. Colson is a very nice, smart, pleasant and knowledgeable young man. I cannot praise him enough for the wonderful job he did. Newton Nissan is very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee! More
