I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. We were greeted with a very friendly salesman and I asked for Caleb Kelley because I had communicated with him through email about a car I wa family. We were greeted with a very friendly salesman and I asked for Caleb Kelley because I had communicated with him through email about a car I was interested in. Caleb was very nice and was knowledgeable of the car. He was very hospitable when we talked and he showed us features of the car. We also talked with Michael Rezi, the sales manager. He was very cordial as we talked and came to terms with a deal. As we talked with Rob King, the finance director, he was very helpful in explaining the extended warranty. He had all paperwork ready for our signatures and explained all as we signed. Overall, I was very pleased with our experience with Newton Nissan and the 3 men we dealt with while we were there. I will recommend them and would return there when I need to purchase again. More

I appreciated Caleb Kelley's, he was the first and only dealer within my entire vehicle search of what was going on for four days to be the only dealer who had given me an honest price over the phone, with dealer within my entire vehicle search of what was going on for four days to be the only dealer who had given me an honest price over the phone, with the exact vehicle and options I had asked for. When I arrived the price had not been padded and the vehicle was exactly as we discussed over the phone. Thanks Caleb for a great deal and your honesty. The loan officer Robert J King had made my entire visit to his office a comfortable experience. He explained everything calmly and with enough humor to keep me at ease about the process. My ratings only apply to the two employees I have mentioned. More

My wife and I entered the parking lot of Newton Nissan and was immediately greeted by sales specialist Sean Gerard. We explained to him what we were looking to buy and he showed us the Armada. He explai and was immediately greeted by sales specialist Sean Gerard. We explained to him what we were looking to buy and he showed us the Armada. He explained the many features that the Armada contained and gave demonstrations of each. After going out for a test drive we decided to purchase the vehicle. The staff was more than helpful in accomidating us while we got through all the paperwork. Rob king was very helpful in explaining all the financial options that we had to choose from in order to purchase the vehicle. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our experience at Newton Nissan and we both love our new car. More

I went to Newton Nissan to see if I could find a used Altima. I looked around and found some that I liked, but I wanted to shop around. I went to Downtown Nissan, which was a BIG joke and completely wast Altima. I looked around and found some that I liked, but I wanted to shop around. I went to Downtown Nissan, which was a BIG joke and completely waste of time! I ended up coming straight back to Newton Nissan that afternoon. Sean was very patient and helpful with anything I wanted to know. Very friendly and a great salesman. He didn't make me feel pressured into buying the car. They were suppose to close at 9pm but they stayed until we all came to an agreement and was able to get the car that I wanted! Even the next day when I found something minor that I didn't see before, they took care of it no problem. Thanks Sean for everything. I will definately be recommending you to my friends and family! And be coming straight back to you when I need another car! I would easily rate these guys a 10 if I could! More

I bought a new 2011 Altima on Saturday. My sales associate was Kevin Valentine. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. Customer service was excellent!!! It could not have been better. I hate the car buying experience. But, this was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. They worked fast and effecient to ge better. I hate the car buying experience. But, this was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. They worked fast and effecient to get us the deal that we required to buy a vehicle. My daughter has purchased two vehicles with the same experience. That is why we went there to purchase this vehicle. And, that is why we will return in the future. Jerry Broaddus was courteous and listened to our needs. He was willing to bring the paperwork for the loan to us for signature so we wouldn't have to wait. He followed up with calls days after the purchase to meke sure we were satisfied with the vehicle and everything was working the way it was supposed to. Jerry is an outstanding representative for Newton Nissan. The loan officer was excellent to work with as well. Overall, I would recommend this dealership over any I have experienced. Thank you More
