They went above and beyond our desired expectations. My husband and I went in to just look at a Nissan Juke so we could get an idea of what we were wanting to purchase. They made sure to understand exactly what all we were wanting in our vehicle. They were willing to order us the exact vehicle we wanted and not just sale something that was off their lot. Luckily,for them and us both, they had what we wanted on a trailor in the back that had just arrived that day. Needless to say, we left with a BEAUTIFUL Nissan Juke and they made a sale. I had a great experience buying my new 2011 Nissan Versa from Newton Nissan of Gallatin from Caleb Kelley & Mike Rezi. I rolled up to the dealership in my battered old '95 Toyota Camry, and they didn't see from Newton Nissan of Gallatin from Caleb Kelley & Mike Rezi. I rolled up to the dealership in my battered old '95 Toyota Camry, and they didn't seem to sterotype me as other dealers had done; they were patient and willing to show me anything I wanted to see on the lot without prodding me for details in order to "size me up"- EVEN in the iced over parking lot, sleeting snow and rain on the coldest day Gallatin had had in fifty years, an HOUR before closing-No joke... If that ain't nice, I don't know what is. Also, there was absolutely no sharky pressure or rushing. Importantly, they also gave me a SUPER good deal (and believe me, I searched cars.oom, craigslist, etc for months),and were very willing to explain my many different options and gave me scenarios for if I were to buy this or that vehicle, new v/s used, etc, which helped a lot in my decision-making process. They were great. I feel like- and my family member consults :) feel like- I got a really super deal. I highly reccommend them. Good luck to you in your car search! More

I went to purchase a new 2011 Frontier after discussing the existing inventory with the salesman. He was totally honest and informative about the different models and took his time to explain the packages the existing inventory with the salesman. When i got to the dealer they were courteous and friendly in every way. I was impressed by the tour of the facilities that were given, including the service department. We were able to complete the purchase in short time and have no complaints. I would highly rate this dealership and recommend it to my friends. the price was right. More
I purchased my 2010 Rogue SL from Newton Nissan on July 31, 2010 during their end of year clearance sale. I initially contacted 2 dealerships via the internet and Riley Groves at Newton was the first to re 31, 2010 during their end of year clearance sale. I initially contacted 2 dealerships via the internet and Riley Groves at Newton was the first to respond to me within 30 mins. He provided detailed quotes on several models I had inquired about and was very prompt in responding to all my emails. I went out for a test drive on the Rogue the following day. Riley was busy with another customer upon my arrival but quickly had another salesman assist me. I took the Rogue for a test drive and was very pleased with the quick response from the 4 cycle engine. After shopping around at a couple of other Nissan dealerships it was clear to me that Newton was willing to work with me on pricing and I liked the easy going relationship I had developed with Riley. Once I decided to purchase, Riley worked to get the numbers to where I was satisified and searched the inventory at other dealerships to find the exact specs I wanted for my Rogue. Mr. Rezi became involved when we began talking about rebates, financing and the final cost of the Rogue. He explained the rebates and financing options in detail and even honored a mistake in my favor that had been made on the initial quote. After a deal was agreed with Mr. Rezi and a period of waiting for an available finance director, Mr. King became involved in the transaction. At first I felt somewhat rushed once all the paperwork begin, but I was quickly put at ease realizing I could take as much time as was needed to feel comfortable with the numbers. As it turned out the financing option I was quoted by Mr. Rezi was not available once I got into Mr. King's office, but they both worked to give me additional incentives to make up for their mistake. Once all the paperwork was completed, Riley introduced me to the General Manager of the store as well as variuos service personnel. Riley even went so far as to personally install a bumper protector I had purchased AND setup an appt with a local installer to have a spoiler added to my liftgate! All in all, I would rate my experience with Newton a solid 9. More
