Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was courteous and helpful; the facility is modern, bright, open and clean; the vehicle selection was good; and I'm very pleased with my new purchase - a 2011 Nissan Frontier. My salesperson, Riley Groves, was easygoing and friendly, eager to assist, a fair negotiator, and never pressured me on anything. At one point during the negotiations, he even said to me, "What else can I do for you?" I was totally unprepared for that question (and pleasantly surprised). No other salesperson has ever asked me that before. With some salespeople, the relationship is more adversarial, and it seems like they're trying to grind you for every dollar. Riley really impressed me with his approach, and his concern for me as a customer seemed genuine. I would gladly work with Riley again, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I feel that I received a great price on my new vehicle, a reasonable valuation for my trade-ins (I had two!), I'm happy with my payment, and I love my new vehicle. Honest sales, a bit of an oxymoron in this day in age so much so that it is exciting to come across a dealership that can truly embody the term. We went to a few dealerships and got the expected lack luster much so that it is exciting to come across a dealership that can truly embody the term. We went to a few dealerships and got the expected lack luster experience that turns car shopping into a real chore, but as we cast our net a bit wider we ran into Caleb Kelly and the Newton Nissan team. They provided a truly excellent experience, we had a good time, they evaluated our trade fairly talking with us through the deal. Caleb listened and showed us what we were there to see, not the special of the day or the maxed out model giving us helpful feedback along the way. In the end we got to meet the whole team throughout Newton's transparent lending process and left with what we wanted, confident that we had the best deal from a trust worthy lender. More
