Dear LynnW, Thank you for expressing your feelings about your experience at our dealership. We strive to make every customer happy, however, it is not always possible. You visited our dealership 3 times before making your purchase. During your second visit in late December, you were offered a certain trade-in value and a price on our Pre-Owned Sentra. Also, you were advised by the salesperson that car values change at the beginning of the year and that more likely your trade would have been worth less. Moreover, he added that our used car might be priced for less for the same exact reason. When you came back on your third visit you were happy to notice that the used Sentra you were looking at had a lower price, but seemed shocked to see that your trade had a bit lower value as well. At no time during the 3 visit anybody from the dealership ever pressured you to make a purchasing decision. As you pointed out the day after you purchased the Sentra, we have always been cordial and spent several hours helping you choose the right vehicle for you. It is the finance department job to show all of your options as far as extended warranties go so you can make an educated decision. Finally, you purchased a Certified vehicle, therefore if is there anything wrong with the car you can bring it to the dealership to have the problem checked-out. I am sorry to hear that a small service issue with the car has turned your experience to "terrible". Unfortunately, I have never heard the saying you are referring to, so I cannot relate. About 60% of our customers are women and most of them purchase their vehicles alone. You can read their experiences in this website and others.
