When i got to Newton Nissan walked in a salesman ask if i needed help with in the first 30 sec, I told him I would like to see Mr. Rezi. I went in there with a budget and they delivered. I never felt pressured and they never tried to up sale me. I had specifics in mind that I wanted in my new car but there were options that I had no desire for and therefore, did not want to pay for. Instead of trying to put me in the higher priced vehicle, they found the car I wanted in Arkansas and had it for me in a couple of days! I love my new car and appreciate all the help they gave me!! If there was anything I would change it would be the visit with the finance director. Of course, they are trying to sell extra insurance and it could've been a little less hard-sell. But everything he was selling was clearly presented. You have only to say yes or no. More

Best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. We bought a 2010 Maxima using Nissan Friends and Family discount and cash back deals being offered at the time. They gave me more than the trade-in value for my old car. I hate high-pressure car sales and this was NOT THE CASE here. Our dealings were very friendly and even enjoyable. Margaret was great to work with and kept me informed via phone on the progress of our dealings. We were deciding between two car colors (silver or gray) and Newton did not have the car with the trim level we wanted in either color. Anyway, we decided on the gray one and made the deal. They were to bring in the car I wanted the next day from another dealer. When we arrived the following day, they had gotten the wrong color car (silver). Well, they apologized and said they had found a gray one in Atlanta and would try to get it the next day (Saturday) or Monday at the latest. On Saturday at 3:45 we got a call from Doug saying our car was here, detailed and ready to go. That Weekend was the weekend that Atlanta was iced and snowed in. I could not believe that someone had gone through such horrible driving conditions to get our car. I was expecting my car sometime during the next week. Here is what impressed my socks off: Mr. Newton, the owner, had left Gallatin around 3 a.m. Saturday to get my car in that weather. WOW! That is going way beyond to please the customer. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. Couldn't have been more pleased! I highly recommend driving from wherever you live in Tennessee to deal with these guys. Ask for Margaret; she is a sweetheart! Also, the finance guy, Rob, was a hoot! More
I would not advise anyone to do business with Newton Nissan in Gallatin and here a few reasons why. We puchased a 2009Nissan Maxima from another dealership last year but with a recent addition to our fa Nissan in Gallatin and here a few reasons why. We puchased a 2009Nissan Maxima from another dealership last year but with a recent addition to our family we simply outgrew this vehicle. Searching for a new vehicle my wife starting communicating with Mike Rezi via the internet on a few cars. After two weeks of communication he has what sounds like a great deal on a 2006 Nisan Murano. On a Friday night after work we drive 45 miles one way to look at this vehicle and make a trade if the numbers they came up with work out. Mike Rezi and almost all of the staff were friendly and helpfull when we arrived and overall he did a fine job. Problem started afterbeing there around an hour and the the numbers came in from the finance guy that I later found out was Rob King. After two weeks of discussion and countless e-mails now the payments discussed went up $45 dollars and I also had to come up with an additional $2,000.....WOW. I told Mike at that point that we were to far apart on the deal but I did appreciate everything that he had done and we started packing up for the 45 mile trip back home. He told me that the finance guy Rob King wanted to come talk to us before we left. Rob King came in and started off fine but after a minute got really upset with us. He then said a few extremely offensive things, opened the door and stormed out of the room not to be seenagain. Now we are standing there trying to figure out what just happened and Mike apologized and said that Rob was really upset becasue he worked really hard trying to make this deal work. We then called in the Manager of the dealership and he also apologized for Rob Kings actions. I would hope that a dealership of this size not accept this type of behavior from its associates but for that reason as well as the large price change I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from Newton Nissan in Gallatin. This was the best car buying experience of my life. Purchasing this vehicle as a company car presented some obstacles but with both Justin and Michael on the case this sale went nice and neat. Whether it was their prompt responses to emails or phone calls from myself or my company made this transaction perfect. The salesmen, managers, and finance officer were well informed and always could give an informed answer to all my questions. Price could not be beat in the area believe me I looked for several weeks and none could compare (note! haggle was key to the great price) We will definetly go back to Newton Nissan in Gallatin, Tennessee.
