I used my insurance company, USSA, car buying service to find the vehicle and dealer. The dealership contacted me the same day that I submitted the request. The dealership found the vehicle model and color with the options I wanted. Once the vehicle was located it was delivered to me 213 miles away in Providence Kentucky ahead of promised time. The person that delivered the vehicle had all of the paperwork and it took only a couple of minutes to take care of the paperwork. Everyone I spoke with, salesman, finance office and the person that delivered the vehicle were very friendly and polite. Was a great car buying experience! More
I just bought a new vehicle and traded in my older car. When I got home I realized that I had left my garage door opener in the car that I traded in even though the sales person, Vincenzo, asked me twice i When I got home I realized that I had left my garage door opener in the car that I traded in even though the sales person, Vincenzo, asked me twice if I had gotten everything out of my car. I guess I was excited because I totally forgot about my garage door opener. When I arrived home, 45 miles from the dealer, I realized what I had done and immediately called Vincenzo. He was extremely professional and even offered to mail my garage door opener to my house so that I wouldn't have to drive the 45 miles back to the dealership. AMAZING! He already had the sale and he still looked out for me and I greatly appreciate that! He was a true professional and I will definitely recommend this dealer and Vincenzo to all of my friends and family. Thanks so much!!! More
Overall a very pleasant buying experinece. I entered the dealership with agreed upon pricing from a third party (u-promise.com) but I was somewhat confused about how my agreed upon pricing integrated with c dealership with agreed upon pricing from a third party (u-promise.com) but I was somewhat confused about how my agreed upon pricing integrated with current manufacturer incentives. We were greeted immediately by Chris. We had a certificate that gave us VIP discount that we were asking about how it worked. Chris got the "quote guy" to come help and explain how it worked. After, Chris was very helpful looking at diffent types of cars and getting quotes for two of them that we picked out. When we decided we could not afford that payment or that I wanted to buy a new car for my 16 year old, Chris then asked what we needed to make it work for us. We then looked at a used car and drove it. While they were driving, I had my parents research that vehilcle. I was still on the phone when they got back and Chris was very patinet waiting for the converstaion to get over before he went and talked to the guy to get our quote(I wish I could remember his name). When we decided that it was not worth buying the used car becuase it was jsut 28 dollars less than a new one, when then looked at what they would give us for our van if we traded it in and what car I could get with my daughter's car. When they agreed on a price with the van where we knew we would not be losing money, when then picked out two Sentras. One for my daughter and one for me. When we came to a price, we agreed to buy both. After 5 hours there, we then met Rob who did all of our paper work. During the 5 1/2 hours we were there, we never felt pressured to get a car or felt like we were taking up their time. Chris was outstanding and Rob was very helpful in the finance area. We went in just to get a quote and left with two cars so somebody was doing something right! More

I purchased a new 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe, V6 - upon arrival, it actually came with MORE than what I had originally ordered. Leather and BOSE were standard, at the same price. Those were big surprises to me, and great surprises. Price was exceptionally good - the people I worked with were easy to work with, friendly, and respectful. The process was smooth and I was able to finish all paperwork in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealership. This dealership is not in the main part of Nashville - the people were a little more friendly and easy to work with in my opinion, as I have dealt quite a bit with Nashville dealers. It's not really a negative toward Nashville dealers, but more of a positive regarding Newton Nissan - the Newton guys edged out the Nashville guys in friendliness, cooperativeness, etc. More
I just purchased my 08 Altima Coupe a few days ago. Riley Groves was excellent. He made my wants happen. I had a rear spoiler and a wind deflector added. When the vehicle was delivered it was missing my temp tag. I made one phone call and it will be overnighted. So I can say he will go to bat for you. Sealing the deal, installation of accessories, and delivery all took place from Tuesday to Friday. Quick. And Glenn Grisham who delivered my car is the nicest man i've met. Thanks More

I have never had a salesman take so much time with me to explain my new car to me-- he took the time to go over the car (to make sure I knew how everything worked), the packet of manuals, maintenance and warranty information. When I drove off- I knew how to operate my new truck!! I love it!! This is the second vehicle my husband and I have purchased from Newton in less than a year. We have always had a good experience and will recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More

After a bad car buying experience several years ago, my husband and I were dreading having to purchase a new car. So we decided to use a service from Consumer Reports that matches the car you want with a dealership willing to give you a guaranteed price. CR led us to Newton, and even though it was a 3 1/2 hour drive from our home, it was well worth the trip. After Justin was notified that we had used the CR service, he quickly responded with an e-mail and phone call. A short and pleasant conversation later, I felt comfortable that he was being honest and forthright, and my hopes were raised considerably that we could buy this car without paying untold dealer add-ons and hidden charges or being surprised when we got to the dealership. Justin never let us down. Newton had the exact car we wanted, honored the price agreed to, and Justin even spent time going over all the features of the audio and Bluetooth system. Which might seem like a small thing, but my last car didn't even have power locks or windows, so practically everything on the car was new to me. Justin was very patient and knowledgeable, and just enjoyable to talk to. Overall, it was great car buying experience, and everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and welcoming.
