I was contacted promptly by Justin Garza of their internet sales dept and we discussed the sale and set up an appt to visit. I was impressed with the dealership's facilities and its personnel. It was by far the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had....and at my age of almost 70, I've had more than a few. My timing was perfect because they had a Quest with the options we wanted coming in soon and they were able to give me a sweet incentive for an extended warranty, which I normally wouldn't buy. We went to this dealership with the intention of trading in our 2007 Nissan King cab for a used 2010 Nissan Crew Cab because my husband has always wanted a four door truck. Instead of getting that truck, Mike and Justin worked on some numbers and were able to offer us a new 2011 Nissan Crew truck for very little more than what we were going to pay for the used truck because of the rebates on the new truck. They worked out an exceptional deal for us that we never expected.The gentleman that explained the options and warranties was informative and helpful as well. All were personable and friendly. I enquired about the car on KBB.com. Caleb Kelly, the salesman called within a few minutes of me posting my request online. The next day I travelled to look at the car and take a test drive. After taking a test drive and looking the car over I decided to buy. They worked with me a little on the price. When it came time to sign and write checks I was never under any pressure to buy warranties or anything extra. I was asked if I wanted to hear about the warranties. I like that the choice was left up to me. If I had any questions they were answered and if the salesman didn't know the answer he found someone who did. I picked up the car the next day and was again treated very well, not as a former customer but as someone they would like to have back in the door again someday.Overall a pretty good car buying experince. Jerry got us in the car we wanted at the price he promised, plus a maintneince package! My husband and i were very pleased! We have purchased 2 vehicles from them and will continue to only do business with them! Rob in the finance department is awesome as well! He hooked us up on an extended warranty.
