The staff was very accommodating and efficient and have called several times to follow up with me to be sure that I like the car. There was no pressure and they made sure that I received the best financing available. Although the car I went to look at wasn't available, they made sure that I didn't leave disappointed. My wife and I got up our courage to face the "car salesman" assault and we to the local dealership for Nissan. From the very first approach, the salesman - Sean Gerard - was making sure he was not smothering us, yet that we had all the information we wanted at the time. I never buy on my first look - got bit before with impulse buying! But I had to change my follow up visit two times due to my business schedule and weather once. Sean worked with me to find a good time and then made the experience one of the best I have had in purchasing a car. In fact, the management team that I got to meet were all very helpful and listened to my needs. Great card dealership - and Sean in my book is one of the best representatives (not a salesman) for Nissan and the dealership. More
Riley did an excellent job for us! We love our Chevy Avalanche, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Riley was very friendly, and we really feel like he worked to get us a good deal. My wife and I were looking for a smaller car, and had narrowed our choices down to a few. I had almost made a purchase at a competitor a couple weeks ago, but couldn't get what I wanted. I made a visit to Newton based on a recommendation from a close friend. We we looking at 2011 Altimas, but decided to check out a 2010 used one they had on the lot. Having already researched values, I knew where we needed to be to make a deal. Linda introduced me to Bill, the manager, and I told him if we could get the numbers right, I'd take it home. After the initial volleys, I told Linda and Bill what I had in mind as far as price/trade. Unfortunately, we were a bit apart on trade value, but close on price. I decided that I couldn't make the deal and requested my keys so we could leave. Linda quickly brought me my keys and understood that the deal wasn't what I was looking for. It wasn't that it was priced bad, rather it was a bit more car than I actually wanted. Bill came over and sweetened the pot, closing the gap. And asked if he could "EARN" my business. He had me at EARN. That's the way business should be done. They worked hard to get close so we both had a deal we could feel good about. As far as the finance guy, Rob King, I wasn't impressed. Rob, if you're gonna make small talk while someone is signing away, at least pay attention to their answers, or make a mental note that you have already asked that question. It's obviously BS and you're not really paying attention when you ask the same thing multiple times. You should just keep quiet. The extended warranty paper, which is the first thing you're shown, is deceptive. Once I declined it, I was browbeat, and implied that I was stupid, since I "didn't see the value". Linda was very caring and understanding, and never pushy. Almost made me feel like she was on "My" side. Bill was very professional, making sure he made a deal we could both live with. More

Great experience overall. I got the car I wanted at a great price and a great finance rate through Nissan. They were not pushy and negotiation was easy. I had a great experience at Newton Nissan. I had done a lot of research and found the car I was looking for at the price I wanted to pay.
