Josh was great. I felt at ease dealing with him. The only thing I was disappointed with was the actual car purchasing process. It took a bit too long. I went with my insurance company's car buying service th thing I was disappointed with was the actual car purchasing process. It took a bit too long. I went with my insurance company's car buying service that guaranteed us to be in & out in 60 min (minus test driving time) . That didn't happen. We were there about 3 hours. So I was a little bit upset with that since we had a 2 1/2 hr. ride home & we didn't get to take our little guy to laser quest. Like I said earlier tho, Josh was great.
