He was very cordial as we talked and came to terms with a deal. As we talked with Rob King, the finance director, he was very helpful in explaining the extended warranty. He had all paperwork ready for our signatures and explained all as we signed. Overall, I was very pleased with our experience with Newton Nissan and the 3 men we dealt with while we were there.
